Show-Me Tickets Named to Inc. 500 List of Fastest-Growing Companies

Show-Me Tickets' three-year sales growth of 424% earns a nod from Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

Crystal Lake, IL May 26, 2006 -Inc. Magazine has named Show-Me Tickets to its prestigious Inc. 500 list recognizing the ticket company's 424% growth rate over three years. The list is determined using stringent accounting criteria and interviews with company management. Officially Show-Me Tickets ranked 308 on the list.

Show-Me Tickets started in a University of Missouri dorm room in 1997 and by 2004 the company had grown to more than $22 million in revenue. No longer do individuals need to "know someone" to get great seats for their favorite concert, theater or sporting events. When a not-to-miss event rolls into town, the site shows users that what you know is more important than who you know. More than 90 % of all professional ticket agencies that list, buy, and sell secondary event tickets online use the database available through Show-Me Tickets -creating the most comprehensive selection of secondary event tickets in the world. The assortment of tickets, venues, performers, players, and events changes on a daily basis.

Over the years, the Inc. 500 index has identified the next generation of world-class companies, with Microsoft, Stonyfield Farms, Timberland, Oracle, The Princeton Review, Morningstar, Jamba Juice, Gateway, E*Trade, Intuit, and Domino's Pizza all appearing on the list before they became industry powerhouses.

To be eligible for this year's Inc. 500 index, companies had to be U.S.-based, independent and privately held through their fiscal year 2004, and have had at least $500,000 in net sales beginning the year 2001. In addition, their 2004 sales had to exceed 2003 sales. Companies are ranked on cumulative three-year sales growth from 2001 to 2004. Inc. verifies all information using tax forms and audited financial statements from certified public accountants and by conducting interviews with company officials. The Inc. 500 index can be found in the November 2005 issue of Inc. Magazine.
